Anthony has been acting for years now. He trained in the Gaiety School of Acting, Dublin; 2 years fulltime with the Bull Alley Theatre Training Company, Liberties College, Dublin; and in 2008 he graduated with a distinction MA in Acting Music Theatre from the Central School of Speech and Drama, London.

Over the years, Anthony has gained experience from many different areas of performance. He is an actor-singer and has had the pleasure of sinking his teeth into some great dramatic roles in the past (Romeo in Romeo & Juliet; Hamlet in Hamlet; Pig in Disco Pigs, Stephen in The Bird Sanctuary; Joe in This Lime Tree Bower etc.). He has also performed in many musicals - roles such as Simon Zeolotes in Jesus Christ Superstar; Joe in Fame: the Musical; Younger Brother in Ragtime the Musical; Young Ben in Follies etc. Anthony has acted for camera on many occasions. He recently appeared as Joseph O'Callaghan in the documentary Ceart agus Coir aired on TG4.

In February 2010, Anthony completed an Actor-as-Educator course with the Bigfoot Theatre Company, London, and since then he has facilitated various types of workshops with La Touche Players, DCU Drama Society and was resident facilitator with Dublin City Musical Society.

Having been a past student of the school, Anthony is delighted to be working with the Academy.

He's looking forward to everyone having a bit of fun and learning a little something along the way.
